Stall holders and Exhibitors Terms and Conditions 2009
- Seething Charity Air Day is on Saturday September 5th 2009.
- Access to the airfield is available from 9am Friday 4th September. Water is available on site
at all times.
- There are no pitch fees but stall holders will be expected to make a donation to the general charity fund.
A minimum donation of 15% of the days takings is expected.
- Cheques must be made payable to Seething Airfield Events and not directly to the
East Anglian Air Ambulance or any other organisation or individual(s)
- Only nominated event officials with ID will collect money. Any attempt by an individual or individuals not wearing
the appropriate ID, to collect money must be reported to event officials immediately.
- Stall holders must supply their own tables, chairs and appropriate covering. Electricity is not generally
supplied.
- Alcoholic sales must be in accordance with local authority licencing conditions and legal documentation
must be available on request at anytime.
- Space reserved must include measurements for guy ropes. Marquees, display equipment and ropes etc. must not
encroach on to adjoining pitches.
- The organisers respectfully ask stall holders to give notice of cancellation in good time.
- Stallholders and exhibitors will be required to vacate the area if an emergency occurs.
Compliance with all marshallers instructions is paramount and is non negotiable.
- Stall holders and exhibitors operating electrical and/or mechanical equipment must comply with industry
standard safety measures. Public liability insurance is the responsibility of individual stall holders and a certificate
must be produced if requested by the event organisers.
- Exhibitors and stall holders will be directed to their pitch location by event stewards. For safety reasons
stallholders and exhibitors must obey instructions from event stewards and marshallers and follow their directions.
Due to space restrictions, pitch locations will not be moved on the show day.
- Failure to comply with event stewards and marshallers instructions, or any behaviour deemed aggressive towards event
stewards or marshallers will result in stall holders or exhibitors being asked to leave the airfield.
- It is a condition of acceptance that all exhibitors and stall holders motor vehicles must be removed to
car parks by 9.30 a.m. and not retained adjacent to their
stands. Exceptions will be made where the vehicle is to form part of an exhibit or parked at the rear of
a Cash Trading Pitch and specifically used for the storage of stock.
- The organisers do not make any guarantees and will not take responsibility of the weather,
condition of the event surface area and security of vehicles and stock. All persons entering the
airfield do so at their own risk and the event organisers and the airfield management will not accept
any liability for personal injury or damage to personal property
.
- By submitting this form you agree to the above terms and conditions without variation. You will
comply fully with marshaller and event stewards, and produce documents if requested.
