Lunch at the Flying Club

This years Charity Air Day takes place on Saturday September 5th and for the first time, organisers are offering visitors the exclusive opportunity to lunch at the flying club.

Visitors can relax and enjoy a succulent 2 course buffet lunch over at the flying club, which includes a glass of wine or alternatively a glass of fruit juice. This is a unique opportunity to mix with airshow pilots , talk to flying club members and discover what really go's on at a flying club! Visitors can even have a go at flying a plane - on the flight simulator. Proceeds from the lunch are to be donated to our nominated charities - the East Anglian Air Ambulance and the Spire Hospital Cancer Charity.

To reserve your place please follow these simple steps:

1. Complete the form below and send it to us on-line. This reserves your place.

2. Print the completed form and mail it with your cheque to the address below

3. Once we receive your payment, a confirmation email will be sent to the address supplied on the form

4. On the day - park in the main public parking areas. Please bring your confirmation Email to the 'Flying Club' stand to receive your airside pass and lunch ticket. Transport to the club house is provided.

5. If the event is canceled a full refund will be given.

6. Price EXCLUDES Entrance to the show.

The organisers will not take responsibility of the weather, condition of the event surface area and security of vehicles. All persons entering the airfield do so at their own risk and the event organisers and the airfield management will not accept any liability for personal injury or damage to personal property. .
